BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Epec is looking for a Business Development Manager who would be responsible for development of future Epec business for off-highway and commercial vehicle industry. You have an opportunity to work with world-class customers and Ponsse Group colleagues and bring latest technologies to the market. You will have a key role also in the future businesses and global growth in the area of control systems, electromobility and autonomous vehicles. In addition to sales and marketing responsibilities you have possibility to join operations development and investment project activities. You will participate also in strategy work. You can be placed in Seinäjoki, in Tampere, in Turku, in Göteborg or we can discuss other locations as a possibility. This role requires both domestic and international travelling.

We expect you to have a suitable degree (for example Master or Bachelor of Industrial Management and Engineering) and work experience preferable in Tier 1 or OEM industry. You are capability to work in complex international environment and understand how to improve industrial sales and business development. You must have ability to negotiate and communicate both internally and externally proficiently. Previous position in sales, business development or other relevant experience is highly appreciated. Understanding off-highway or automotive industry is not mandatory but beneficial. To be successful in this position you are required to have an entrepreneurial attitude and ability to coach teams with new methods and ways of working and integrate business thinking and technical development together. Fluent English and Finnish and ability to prioritize multiple tasks are essential for this position.
