Your job is to assist in acquiring new clients. You will work as part of the Business Development Representative team, and be part of a solution that global leaders trust. Our Business Development Representatives are working with Leading Finnish SMBs.
Working closely with our business development executives, your duties include handling leads, providing high-quality prospecting and arranging appointments with potential new clients. In addition, you will be able to comprehensively develop your own skills in planning and developing B2B sales. You will be contacting people primarily responsible for occupational and chemical safety in companies, through various outbound lead sources as well as managing inbound requests. You will help customers comply with international and national safety legislation and achieve their own goals related to occupational and environmental safety.

  • As the first point of contact, you will be expected to spark initial interest and qualify potential new clients
  • Expected to meet monthly target on booked meetings
  • Demonstrate a high level of activity and hit achievable call volume KPI
  • Remain organised and on top of a high volume of leads, to ensure opportunity isn’t missed
  • Be welcoming of coaching and able to implement feedback that will ultimately see you develop your skills and further achieve

Your Skills

  • Educated to degree level (preferred)
  • A positive attitude and highly driven personality in order to achieve monthly KPIs
  • Professional and confidant when dealing with potential clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An independent and goal-oriented hunter who wants to continually develop and invest in his/her career
  • Results oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Finnish language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • experience in selling and / or marketing SaaS services

Sales Development Representative

Tehtävänäsi on auttaa meitä uusasiakashankinnassa. Tulet työskentelemään osana Business Development -tiimiä ja pääset työskentelemään Suomen yritysten kanssa.

Toimenkuvaasi kuuluu liidien käsitteleminen, uusien asiakkaiden laadukas prospektointi sekä tapaamisten sopiminen potentiaalisten asiakkaiden kanssa. Lisäksi pääset kehittämään kattavasti omia taitojasi B2B-myynnin suunnittelussa ja kehittämisessä. Pääset tätä kautta toteuttamaan myynnin digitalisoitumista ja auttamaan asiakkaita noudattamaan kansainvälisiä ja kansallisia turvallisuuslainsäädäntöjä sekä saavuttamaan heidän omia tavoitteitaan liittyen työ- ja ympäristöturvallisuuteen.

  • Soveltuvaa koulutusta alalle (esim. kaupallinen AMK tutkinto)
