CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR

We are strengthening the customer service team in Vantaa.

In this role you will deliver premier customer experience using your excellent communication and teamwork skills while developing the processes and yourself as a professional through continuous improvement.

To succeed as a Customer Support Coordinator with us at Parker Hannifin, you are passionate to work proactively and persistently to guarantee the best possible service to our customers. You have a technical or commercial educational background and previous experience of supply chain, logistics  or, customer service in the technical field.

Job duties

  • Ensuring and creating premier customer experience together with the team and internal stakeholders
  • Customer support with versatile industrial B2B client base
  • Continuous improvement activities e.g. process development
  • Cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative tasks such as order entry and handling claims

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will benefit from a proactive and solution-oriented mindset as your main responsibilities include ensuring premier customer experience and taking ownership of the tasks required to fulfil that. As a customer support coordinator, you will be the first point of contact to our valued customers and internal stakeholders. The role also includes tasks such as order entry and handling claims. We expect prior working experience with ERP-systems, ticketing systems and you feel comfortable to use and adopt the most common IT-systems.

As a person you are a true team player with a proactive, can-do attitude who embraces new situations as possibilities. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, Swedish and Finnish is a plus.
