End User Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Your role is to support the secure development and operation of Business Technology End-user Services. Main responsibilities:

  • Participate to End-user Services development projects and service operations meetings as required
  • Actively develop and support end-user security related processes and capabilities
  • Develop and maintain End-user security standards, manuals, and related documentation
  • Conduct reviews & test security controls to ensure they behave as expected, validate that security and vulnerability management systems are configured and deployed in a timely fashion
  • Create Cyber Security Situational Awareness reports (covering security event metrics, risks, vulnerabilities and other cyber security exposures, including detected misuse of information assets and noncompliance), report status to internal customers & Governance bodies
  • Lead End-user Cyber Security Awareness plan, develop awareness material, and provide regular awareness communications and training for personnel

What we are looking for

  • Cyber security mindset
  • Technical hands-on experience and skills of M365 E5 family and mobile endpoint security
  • Knowledge of e.g. Citrix, Sharepoint, Teams etc.
  • Knowledge of Azure AD seen as an advantage 
  • Willingness to help Fortum’s employees as end users in cyber security topics
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts (English)
  • Academic education in computer sciences or equivalent work experience

As a person, you are a team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to get things done. You feel comfortable with acting on own initiative to drive progress and improvements. You adapt quickly to new environments, are an effective communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills.

In addition, it is important that you have a conceptual understanding of Cyber Security issues as a whole, with a persistent track record of participating in end-user product and service secure lifecycle development activities.
