HR Business Partner, Underground Drilling Division, Production

Your mission

We are looking for a HR Business Partner for our Underground Drilling Division production unit in Tampere. In in this role you will be part of the production management team and have overall responsibility of people side of the business in our production with approximately 400 people.You will be a trusted advisor in HR topics and by supporting, coaching, influencing and providing your HR expert knowledge you will help your colleagues to reach their goals and our production strategy.

Your goal is to

  • proactively assess development needs in people agenda, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

  • enable the continuous growth and development of our people

  • ensure we have a quality leadership with coaching mentality

  • drive diversity and inclusiveness with sense of belonging and respect

  • ensure compliance with local legislations and labor agreements in relation with local HR Services

You will be a key player in shaping our culture where we always act with customers first mentality, are open for continuous improvement and innovation and make others succeed by excelling in our own responsibilities.

In this role you also get to work about 30% of your time together with our Division HR Director in global HR projects e.g. in employee engagement, D&I and sustainability.

Your background and what we find important

In this role you can succeed with different kind of backgrounds, but you will find yourself to best fit in the role when you:

  • have a solid and broad experience across HR spectrum

  • are ready to challenge the status quo and have a passion to always make things better

  • are a people person at heart with strong business acumen and know how to link the business and the people agenda

  • can easily build relationships at all levels and have excellent communication skills

  • have proven track record of people development and change management

  • good knowledge of Finnish labor law

  • have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field
