(Lead) Product Owner

Would you be our new motivated and experienced (Lead) Product Owner?

As a Lead Product Owner you are a going to lead the agile service development of given digital services, especially with a focus on developing our digital services to small and medium sized retailers. Our key services for this segment include our new B2B service platform OmaPosti Pro and related digital sales tools.

In this role you will work in Corporate channels value stream with other PO’s and their teams. We hope that you would lead this community by example, share information and work effortlessly in co-operation. You will be working daily with Business Process owners (BPO), Designers, architects and developers. Weekly you will meet with Senior Business leaders, marketing and customer service representatives that work with us in our value stream towards the same goal. You will be in a key position to ensure best-in-class customer experience, business, quality and functional goals are met.

Your key responsibilities: 

• Driving the development, growth and profitability of the service in alignment with eCommerce and Delivery business strategy
• e2e responsibility of the service through their whole lifecycle
• Taking ownership of incremental value generation of the service from product concept to market delivery
• Collect the requirements from stakeholders, customers and the market with BPO and to build an effective product backlog
• Communicating fluently with both business stakeholders as well as technical stakeholders and act as a bridge builder between these two interest groups
• Translating high level visions into concrete and executable product roadmaps
• You will constantly work with designers to translate new features from vision to Epics with measurable deliverables
• Acting as an ambassador for the services as well as for agile development culture internally and externally

As the ideal candidate for this position, you have experience as Product Owner for a service (mobile app / web) for a large number of users. You are familiar with modern mobile app and web front technologies, analytics and user centric design.

• You are analytic and want to follow data on how your features are performing and follow-up KPI’s regularly
• Knowledge about modern software development methodologies and technologies as well as strong project management competence
• Knowledge about Lean and Agile way of work (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Fluent language skills in English and Finnish, as most of the users use service in Finnish
