Manager, Rewards

Fortum’s Group Compensation and Benefits team is responsible for Fortum’s Reward policies, concepts and programs. We work in close cooperation with the Top management and with People partners in Divisions & Functions and in People Services to provide high-quality support and to develop our reward practices further to meet our needs also in the future.

We are now looking for a

Manager, Rewards

As Rewards Manager, you will focus on providing expertise and support in Executive and Top management remuneration topics, in preparation of the Board of Directors’ Nomination and Remuneration Committee issues and in Remuneration governance and reporting issues. You will also participate in different kinds of development projects.

Your qualifications

We expect you to have a Master's degree in a relevant field and several years’ experience in compensation and benefits, finance or other relevant area. You communicate fluently in English, German skills would be a clear benefit and you have good overall understanding of People/HR processes and tools. You have excellent numerical, analytical and Excel skills and you are good in preparing high-quality presentations. Ability to work with several tasks and projects simultaneously under changing situations but still keeping high number accuracy also requires flexibility and occasionally high tolerance of stress.
