Your role

We are looking for a Mobilisation Manager in the Fortum eNext, City Solutions division’s business function. The primary location for the job is in Keilalahti, Espoo, Finland, but also other locations can be considered.

Your job in this position is to manage complex Operations & Maintenance (O&M) mobilization projects within contract requirements to secure set profit target and high customer satisfaction, safety and good quality. You develop O&M mobilization projects, practices and tools while supporting O&M sales - ensuring good commercial and pricing quality of tenders and contracts.

You are responsible for leading large and complex cross-functional, international project organisations where strong communication and organizing skills are crucial for O&M mobilisation. You are also expected to define the organization requirements and support the recruitment of the O&M team. Within your tasks, you will also handle contractor, sub-supplier and supply chain management.

You provide comprehensive knowledge and understanding of EHSQ requirements to fulfill those requirements during the O&M project.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role you should have a good, practical understanding of Operations & Maintenance of power plants with different technologies as well as their requirements. You should have accumulated this understanding through working in a management position within O&M in a power plant organization. You preferably hold a university degree in Engineering or in another related field. We expect you to have knowledge of power plant O&M mobilization, operational projects, management and quality systems and process modeling. Setting up O&M mobilization requires subject matters expertise in power plant organization management, EHSQ and technologies. Due to the complexity of the projects, we require good project management skills, such as stakeholder-, scope-, resource-, schedule-, cost control-, risk-, quality-, procurement (contract & claim)- and communication management. Excelling in this role also requires good soft skills and self-awareness.

Success in this role calls for an active person with managerial skills, interested in developing new ways of working and not afraid of overcoming obstacles and achieving results. In this position, it is also essential to have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in written and spoken business English is essential in this role.
