With this job ad we are looking to fill our open position for Online Sales Experience Manager. Could this be your next big opportunity?
The Sales & Care team in our Online organization focuses on improving the user experience of our online sales flows and lead the user acquisition campaigns. We look at data, we optimize existing, we research and define real customer problems and build use case and better experiences. We build, measure, and learn. We aim to identify key customer problems and needs, and then figure out how we can solve them as effortlessly as possible for the users. We also closely track and measure e-commerce and self-service success and prepare and execute related online commercial and customer service plans and ensure that they are in line with company strategy and targets.
We work on topics, such as customer feedback, customer experience, online testing and development, web-analytics, e-commerce, sales forecasting, campaigns, conversion rates, online self-service, omnichannel experience, online communities, content management systems, ab-testing, optimization, dashboards, cross sell & up sell, performance marketing, personalization to name a few.
You will be responsible for growing our online sales experience and value together with the online team and the rest of the organization. You will play a key role in growing our online customer experience and sales in short and long term. You will work closely with business, design, analytics, creative team, marketing, and development.
We expect you to have:
Experience of improving customer experience in an online environment
Experience in online sales/e-commerce, digital development, or relatable field in general
Demonstrated problem solving skills and "get things done" attitude
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish, with the ability to plan, represent, advocate, and lead complex online user experience concepts internally
We value but don't require:
Knowledge of tools and techniques commonly used to identify and drive online user experience and sales
Experience in web-analytics and sales
Experience with online development and/or platforms
Strong project management skills
MBA, Master's, or other advanced degree
