Your role

We are now looking for a consumer focused and passionate Sales Manager.

In this role you will have the opportunity to take a key role in one of the largest consumer businesses in the Nordics. This is a great opportunity to shape a new role while building even stronger customer relationships. Together with the team of consumer business professionals and great colleagues across the Nordics, you will ensure that we are placing new and existing customers in the center of everything we do. The position is based Espoo Finland, but expect some travel in Finland and Nordics, as we co-operate with stakeholders in our other business units in the Nordics. You will report to Nordic Head of Sales Living and Mobility.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base to both new and existing customers.
  • Setting and tracking sales targets cross channels and brands.
  • Be the main link of Sales Finland and all other functions and units.
  • Represent Sales in business development and other cross function projects.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and tailor our sales activities to support it.
  • Own and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts.

Your qualifications

  • Experience of 5-10 years within consumer business eg. Sales Manager, Business Developer, Operational Excellence or similar roles.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leading position with direct subordinates and skilled in change management.
  • Experience in vendor management is an advantage – manage vendor activities, maintain and negotiate with both new and existing vendor relationships.
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • University degree in business or similar field.
  • Good written and verbal ability in English and Finnish is required.
  • You are strategic and goal-oriented, you have passion to drive change together with others.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • You are a collaborative person with an open mindset. You can easily build cross-functional networks and trusting relationships.
