K Group is looking for Manager, Cybersecurity to work in K IT Cybersecurity Team. At K Group, you get to be a part of the versatile and constantly changing world of trade and IT. The employment is permanent.

In this role, you will be working as a part of Cybersecurity team, delivering cybersecurity services to all K Group common operations, business areas and units on all operation countries.

We appreciate experience in one or more of following domains:
• Information security metrics
• Systems and Technology Architecture
• Threat Management
• SIEM systems
• SOC processes, playbooks and incident automation
• Cybersecurity Incident Response
• Extended Detection and Response capabilities
• Endpoint Security products
• Vulnerability Management tools and processes

We appreciate highly a positive mind-set, a can-do attitude, and communication and team working skills. You have the ability to take care of details and see the bigger picture.

As Manager, Cybersecurity you will be proactively ensuring that K Group has appropriate Information Security measures and technical infrastructure in place. As part of Cybersecurity team, you will define and constantly improve the group-wide processes and methods with respect to Information Security, including cybersecurity management, security incident management and response, IT lifecycle management, physical security and IT security risk management processes.

You already have solid work experience in IT, preferably from similar roles. For example 5-8 years as an Information Security Manager, SOC analyst or incident responder, Microsoft M365 service manager or technical service manager etc. It does not matter whether you have worked in large corporations or in small to midsize companies. We see diversity as a positive factor in this team. Technical IT/Security certifications are beneficial. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
