We are looking for a Generators Site Manager to join our Energy Services team.

As a Site Manager you will lead our own employees as well as subcontractors in generator maintenance projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the site work is carried out safely and meeting all HSEQ requirements. Monitoring and reporting of work progress, quality and site related contractual matters are other important duties. Planning, scheduling and negotiations with customers and sub-contractors are part of your role. Supporting Sales will also be part of your role.

We offer you

This is the start of your meaningful career journey at Fortum. We actively encourage job rotation and development activities across the company with open leadership as our guiding principle. We value team work and co-creation to reach our common targets.

Your qualifications

We believe that suitable candidates have an educational background in engineering (B.Sc or M.Sc) and at least 3-5 years of experience of generator maintenance business and management work.
