Together with our client company we are looking for an Assistant Controller to join Tata Steel's Finance Team. This is a full-time position located in Naantali, Southwest Finland.
In this Assistant Controller role, you will be working closely with your team and other colleagues in order to deliver excellent service to ourstakeholders. Key responsibilities in this position are processing invoices and payments, cross-checking, and reconciling materials, processing different materials to our information management systems, sales controlling and providing information to our partners. In addition to these you occasionally assist in other tasks, such as arranging meetings and different events.
We are looking for a positive and active person with a self-reliant working attitude. As you will be working closely with different nationalities, it is very important for us that you have good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Strong attention to details and a well-organized way of working are necessary in order to succeed in this position.
We hope you have
Knowledge and understanding of financial management
Suitable education (for example Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent)
Previous experience in accounting
Fluent language skills - both written and spoken in English and Finnish
Good skills of MS Office programs, knowledge of SAP is considered beneficial
