Would you be our new Business Process Owner, Parcel Sending to join our dynamic and energetic team in Helsinki?

Business Process Owner (BPO) is a key player in Corporate channels value stream by defining the concrete steps towards dream state of domestic services, especially from operations perspective. This includes idea validation, data gathering, understanding existing solutions and processes. You will be in a key role when defining the solution and understanding it’s dependencies to other development value streams. Guiding the development and deployment together with Product Owners, Designers and other stakeholders that are part of the value stream.

Your key responsibilities: 

• Maintaining and further developing service offering portfolio 
• Requirements gathering from business owners and stakeholders
• Connecting operations development to digital development
• Continuous validation of the relevance of the services or additional services 
• Analyzing customer feedback and looking into data to identify areas for improvement

Does this sound like you?

• Track record in business or product development
• Logical & analytical in decision making and ability to go into details while still seeing the big picture
• Solid experience/understanding in many of the following areas: logistics industry, product & service development, portfolio/project management, knowledge of tools & models used in product development
• Ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams with diverse group of people
• Experience working with software development teams using Lean and Agile ideologies like Scrum, Kanban or SaFe
• Relevant academic education (Master’s degree)
• Fluent language skills in Finnish and in English
• Good remote working skills but you are also excited to see colleagues at the office time to time

• Individual assessment
