We are now looking to hire a CSR and Quality Assurance Manager for our Group!

Corporate social responsibility and product quality are essential for us and we want to drive them even further. We now offer an opportunity for the right person to have an independent role and take full ownership on these areas in this new position.

The role is divided between CSR/Responsibility and Quality Assurance management for the whole Musti Group. The role is based in Finland, Helsinki, reporting to Head of HR and CSR.

Tasks:

• Full ownership of Musti responsibility approach: “Trusty”
• Planning, development, target setting, implementation, and co-ordination of Trusty concept throughout the whole Musti Group
• Support different teams and business functions in achieving Musti’s responsibility targets and meeting other responsibility requirements
• Develop and manage Quality Assurance in collaboration with Category management, Sourcing and Supply Chain
• Work on responsible procurement in collaboration with Category management and Sourcing
• Responsibility and Quality Assurance reporting: internal reporting to management team, external annual reporting such as NFI, Annual report, MSCI, UN Global compact act etc.
• Policies and frameworks such as Supplier Code of Conduct, BSCI audits, People principles (incl equality assessment and target setting), Animal welfare and Pet parenting policy etc.
• Work with relevant suppliers from a responsibility and quality perspective; example Supplier self-assessment
• Follow development of regulation around sustainability and compliance and plan actions accordingly
• Develop stakeholder dialogue, respond to stakeholder enquiries about responsibility issues in collaboration with relevant people and teams
• Plan and coordinate internal and external responsibility communication
• Contact with Stakeholders
• Take ownership of relevant documentation within the area
• Present & communicate Musti Group responsibility and quality work both internally and externally

Experience/way of working:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, preferably in all three areas (environmental, social and governance)
• Relevant BSc. or MSc. degree
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Responsible Procurement
• Solid experience in Project Management
• Know how to work in fast growing business and like to work in dynamic work environment
• Knowledge of/experience in retail business is considered as an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Speaking and understanding Finnish is considered as an advantage
