We are now looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Delivery Coordinator with good networking skills and a get things done attitude. This is a full-time permanent job and based in Tampere, Finland.
About the job
You will be responsible for BU Automation deliveries to the customers and other possible shipments to our sales areas or events. You will plan, execute and supervise the deliveries and prepare proper documentation for the shipments. You will also be responsible for the trade compliance (export and import affairs) of the shipments.
You need to be aware of the contract and its delivery terms and follow them accordingly. Offer and Order process for the shipment services is part of your role.
Communicating and providing information to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting global sales organization and working in close co-operation with production planning as well as other supply chain functions will be an essential part of your daily work.
You have a suitable educational background in commercial, technical or in logistics field, and have earlier experience in international trade and/ or order - delivery process. You are able to work independently, as well as a member of a team. Succeeding in the position requires good interpersonal and team working skills, customer oriented approach, flexibility and ability to work under pressure. Your English and Finnish language skills are fluent, both written and spoken. Other language skills are seen as a benefit.
