About the role
As a Development Manager for processes and automation you are responsible for driving customer experience through process efficiency and automation according to our strategy. Your main local counterparts are in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Estonia. You work closely with local organizations to define lean internal processes to fulfill and exceed customer expectations. You collect, analyze and prioritize development needs for improved processes. You lead development in schedule and budget in close collaboration with local business and different IT teams. You work together with multiple internal and external stakeholders to get things done.
What do we expect from you
We are looking for process development professional with experience in internal (including logistics) process development projects with lean methods. You are an agile development and project management expert with experience in utilizing automation to develop long processes in businesses with big amount of transactions. Experience in utilizing AI solution in concepting will help you to succeed in this role. You also have a Master’s degree or equivalent.

You are a self-driven doer with analytical skills and talent to inspire others. Our customers are our first priority, and we hope you’ll share that passion with us. As Development Manager you will work in a international, dynamic and multifaceted environment, interacting with several internal and external stakeholders. Being able to get the message (in written and/or oral form) across and gaining people’s support is vital in your role. You are used to communicating in English. As an agile process and project management pro, you can fluently move within different project and process management tools (e.g. SAP, ERP, BI reporting, JIRA) and efficiently utilize them in your daily work.

We consider as an advantage
If you have already gained experience in B2B sales and/or building and technical trade, and maybe worked with digital concept development, you can continue to grow in those areas with us. Previous experience in design thinking is also considered as an advantage, but curious mind, willingness to learn and service-minded attitude will also take you there! Working proficiency in Swedish is considered as a substantial advantage.
