Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!

Digital Marketing Manager role includes a wide range of different responsibilities, for example

• Driving Flow Control's business targets through customer centric marketing and communications activities in digital environment
• Driving engagement with current and potential customers
• Developing and implementing lead generation and marketing automation strategy for the business line
• Managing contact experience and customer journey for sales funnel within the business line's website
• Driving digital lead generation process in cooperation with market area sales teams and IT
• Supporting, consulting and training sales teams in processing leads generated from digital channels
• Developing and implementing marketing automation processes
• Managing advertising plans and budget for digital
• Developing KPIs and reporting for digital marketing and lead generation
• Managing external partners for digital marketing

To be successful in this role you need to have

• Knowledge of enterprise-level CRM and CMS systems and social networks (e.g. Salesforce, Episerver)
• Knowledge of the latest digital marketing and lead generation techniques
• Knowledge of marketing automation techniques and tools (e.g. Pardot)
• Experience in SEO
• Service oriented and "hands-on" attitude
• Strong project management and team leading skills
• Ability to identify, interpret and track relevant KPIs to create data-driven action plans
• Relevant educational background (eg. marketing)
• Excellent motivation and attitude, and ability to achieve results under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and business acumen.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English along with presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
