Our digital business growing and we are now seek Digital Sales Manager to join our crew! You will be in the forefront of developing digital business for Onninen, Finnish market leader in technical wholesaling business. In this role, you play a vital role to enhance our customer experience and actively co-work with sales operations, product organization, marketing, IT and other key stakeholders to get things done.

About the role
As a Digital Sales Manager your main responsibility is to drive Onninen Finland´s digital sales growth and profitability. You are responsible on our daily webstore operations and sales development, online presence and digital campaign management. You make sure that our digital sales targets are met, analyze and report our success in your own responsibility area. Your area of responsibility is especially in development of online assortment and high quality enriched product information, which are vital for the success in digital sales. In your role you also drive and develop product findability and ensure best in class visibility online. You work with multiple stakeholders and ensure quality of customer service across the digital customer journey. You are especially working with our product line organization and material suppliers. In this role, you are a key player driving change of how we serve our professional customers online with wide and relevant assortment, extensive high quality product information and first class findability. You also support our internal stakeholders to maximize use of our digital services. You are a visionary, but have eye on details and you work hands-on.

What do we expect from you
We are looking for a B2B digital sales professional with experience in digital assortment management and on product information management. Search optimization and search engine marketing are also familiar to you. You have solid understanding and experience of agile development and project management. Leading daily eCommerce operations or change in a complex organization is not new to you. We expect you to communicate fluently in Finnish since that is the language spoken of many of your internal key stakeholders (e.g. salespeople and category managers). Since part of the communication will be in English, you will also require proficient English skills.

Developing customer experience using data-driven decision making is your way to work, and you are used to utilize common and modern tools (e.g. Excel, Google Analytics, Data studio and Qlik) with it. You have a Master’s degree or equivalent. You will work in an international, dynamic and multifaceted environment, interacting with several internal and external stakeholders. Being able to get the message (in written and/or oral form) across and gaining people’s support is vital. You are a self-driven doer with analytical skills and a talent result-oriented mindset and work well under pressure. Our customers are our first priority, and we hope you’ll share that passion with us.
