Director, Performance and Rewards?

As Director, Performance and Rewards you will be responsible for shaping and leading Posti’s global performance management and total reward strategy. You will own all related processes and practices globally. You will be responsible for renewing, developing and managing Posti’s global compensation programs, including STI and LTI plans, and for developing global performance management and performance evaluation processes. You will be a proactive business partner to the HR team and business leaders and work closely with the Personnel Committee. Your key task for 2022 is to rebuild our Reward Strategy.

You will be reporting to our SVP HR and collaborate with stakeholders from across Posti. You have strong experience in developing Total Reward strategies, are aware of best practices and recent trends and are able to translate them into Posti’s culture.

As Director, Performance and Rewards, you’ll get to:

  • partner with the SVP People, CEO and the Board to renew and implement Posti’s Reward Strategy for Posti’s diverse workforce

  • support and provide expertise to our HR Community and Business Leaders in performance and rewards

  • lead the development and implementation of job architecture, benchmark salary ranges, and data management to ensure the integrity of the job hierarchy

  • lead global salary review processes

  • act as a secretary for the Personnel Committee and prepare related materials

  • develop analytics and reporting to ensure that HR and business have adequate data for decision making

  • be responsible for Annual Remuneration reporting and Posti.com as per Corporate Governance Code

Would this be you?

  • At least 8+ years of experience in managing compensation and/or benefit programs in a global and diverse company.

  • Strong knowledge of People areas such as Global Benchmarking across multiple markets, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Organizational Development.

  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders to enable strategic reward decisions and train other in reward topics.

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • Strong comprehension of financial and business performance metrics.

  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in Finnish and in English.

  • Experience in Workday is a plus.

The position will be based in our head office in Helsinki.
