We are now looking for an experienced


for Business Finland to start as soon as possible.

As an event coordinator your main responsibilities include for example

- Coordinating event activities in dedicated area, collecting and sharing information from different parts of organization and stakeholders
- Acting as a main user for (activity champion) for MS Events (CRM)
- Coordinating all event related tasks from venue management & catering to other practicalities and make sure that materials are precise to offer the best customer experience
- Organizing webinars and virtual events
- Creating event pages to Business Finland website and assisting in event related marketing work
- Participating in event team meetings and assisting in execution of larger events

and many more related tasks in your versatile role.

Apart from coordinating events, your days will be filled with acting as a main user for our CRM-tool (MS Events) as well as taking part of development projects or assisting in daily practicalities such as instructions, manuals, reporting or any clarification work may come up.

As a person, you are able to work in high-paced environment, you are precise and punctual and you understand the importance of deadlines! You have a customer service mindset and problem solving skills. Most of all you are a team player with proactive can-do attitude and you don’t mind to get your hands dirty!

You will be located in Helsinki, but will work remotely for time being. Your unit is marketing, however, we work in matrix organization, so your colleagues will be from different units and project teams will consist colleagues from our global network as well.

The contract would be made with StaffPoint Ltd. and the job lasts in June 2022, with an option for continuation.

We expect from you

Minimum three years of experience in an event coordination tasks, including experience in organizing webinars and virtual events
Hands-on and lets get it done-attitude with excellent positive and proactive mindset
Problem solving skills and patience to readjust plans if needed
Understanding the importance of deadlines, customer service and precise work
Experience in working in high paced and constantly changing environment with several internal and external stakeholders
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Fluent Finnish and English languages, other languages seen as asset
Relevant education, such as Bachelor of Business Administration or Tourism
