Ramboll is looking for a Global FM & RE Solutions Project Manager to implement the needed solutions in teamwork with our FM Managers and other support functions.
Your responsibilities as Global FM & RE Solutions Project Manager.
You will become part of the Global FM & RE Centre of Excellence (CoE) team supporting the Global Facility Management & Real Estate function in the most suitable way across the global portfolio and will ensure that FM services and solutions meet the business needs – specifically in relation to rolling out IWMS projects.
Your primary job tasks will include business case creation, project planning and project implementation prior to hand over into BAU for local FM teams. The role will revolve around a global roll out of a Desk & Room booking system and a ServiceDesk software in the first year and is likely to transition into other similar projects after that.
You will be supporting the FM Managers in the respective countries on roll out of the Room & Desk Booking tools and report to the Head of Centre of Excellence in Global FM&RE.
Your primary areas of responsibility will be:
Drive and implement FM oriented projects as Project Manager in a customer facing role
Manage implementation of approved projects through to hand over to BAU – including some pipeline projects
Support local FM managers as required to agree amendments to project scope or ongoing project implementations
Stakeholder management for Global FM & RE software applications where applicable
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both within the Global FM & RE team and the wider business
Support other members of the CoE team with operational FM implementation of any applicable projects as required
Write, develop and present business cases as required
Some international travel activity should be expected but most of the work can be carried out remotely.
You and your competencies
Ideally, you hold a formal PM certification and have extensive experience in Facilities Management and/or Real Estate Management in a large international organization.
As a minimum, we expect you to have significant relevant experience of working in the private sector and in/with office environments – and have been working with other nationalities / cultures.

5+ years of relevant experience and relevant formal training documented (preferably bachelor level degree education as a minimum).
Good written documentation skills (ability to write reports, business cases etc.)
Excellent Project Management capabilities
Good communicator (the ability to communicate convincingly)
Strong relationship builder (stakeholder management)
Good ability to work on a strategic/tactical level and plan ahead
Proficient English skills in addition to local language
Ability to work in a structured and organized way
You are a proficient user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, as well as other relevant applications.
You are expected to be self-starter and assertive with a strong sense of urgency to produce results in a complex international organization, where priorities can change quickly.
