Global Sales Platform Owner (Salesforce)

At our Renewable Aviation (RA) business unit, we are the global leader in Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) and a preferred partner and solution provider to the aviation industry in its transition to a sustainable future. Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel™ helps the aviation industry to reduce the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of flying and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.

We are currently looking for a

Global Sales Platform Owner (Salesforce)

to join our Commercial Excellence team in Espoo, Finland or Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

We have a medium size team of experts working in Commercial Excellence. Our team is responsible for commercial compliance, Sales & Supply business process development, commercial digitalization, and commercial capability development within the Business Unit.

Within this role you get to ensure Neste Renewable Business Units have the right systems, capabilities, and tools to execute its sales strategy to meet future targets and growth ambitions.

Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are
 

  • Creating a harmonized global vision for the sales platform (Salesforce) development across multiple renewable business units together with cross functional Sales platform development team
  • Developing and streamlining sales processes and supporting systems globally in close cooperation with  regional sales organizations and business development teams
  • Consolidating the business needs and translating those to IT and technical development activities in Sales Platform
  • Identifying opportunities for further innovation within platform through usage of other clouds or development work
  • Leading the designing authority for Sales platform and ensuring the development guardrails are being followed by all business units
  • Executing on the Sales platform vision for the commercial processes and ensuring harmonization and standardization across the business units for the lead-to-order process
  • Leading discussions with other system developers to maintain end-to-end visibility and traceability in the value chain

The best combination to success in this role

  • 3-5 years of experience from leading CRM development (preferably Salesforce) for a global service or product organization. Experience in both Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud are preferred
  • 2-3 years of development experience in sales process, sales training and sales transformation program for a global sales organization
  • 1 or more Salesforce certifications, preferably Admin 101, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. Other certifications in CPQ, Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud would be highly valued
  • Strong experience from driving CRM adaptation for all organization levels
  • Experience from driving development in agile way
  • Experienced project manager with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage team work in a complex, global setting.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and drive initiatives with key stakeholders on different organizational levels, especially with the regional sales leadership.
  • Good change management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering

The desired location for this position is in Espoo, Finland or Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Other locations can be considered.
