My name is Antti Rissanen, and I am leading Telia Inmics-Nebula’s Public Customers Sales Team. Our team is an essential part of Telia ONE concept for Public Sector and B2B customers. My team consists of about ten skilled and motivated professionals, and I am very proud to work with this awesome team.
Now we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Finland. Your geographical work area is whole Finland and preferably you are located in one of the cities where we already have office – but if not, that is not a problem.

As a part of Telia ONE concept, we have a solid presence in the market and our Public Sector Sales is constantly growing. We are participating in increasing extent to public sector tenders and because of that, we need committed sales professionals to our team to handle the workload and to ensure customer satisfaction. We are also strengthening our collaboration with other Telia ONE business lines, i.e. Telia Finland and Telia Cygate. All this aims to Telia becoming the number one choice for Public Sector and B2B customers in all their ICT needs.
In short, we now need a salesperson who is not afraid of challenges, no matter how big. It will take a lot of hard work to achieve your goals in this position, but you don’t have to do it all by yourself – in our team you will have good base to work and to advance in your career and you will have support from, not just from Telia Inmics-Nebula, but from the whole of Telia.

In this position it is important that you have good communication skills in Finnish and in English. You understand ICT solution sales and you enjoy meeting customers face-to-face. Hopefully you already have several years of experience working in Public Sector Sales or B2B sales and you want to advance even further as a sales professional. You are motivated to work as a part of bigger sales team, but you can also work effectively on your own.

- Sales experience to Public Sector or B2B customers
- Ability to commit to long-term customer relations
- Ability to master your sales pipeline
- Good ability to network naturally and promptly with people
- Understanding of business ICT industry
- Positive attitude and ability to cooperate with people
- Aspiration to improve continuously and to learn new things
We value experience in the following topics
- ICT Services in general and especially End-User-Services
- Knowledge of Public Sector procurement and acquisition legislation
