Now we are looking for a new member to strengthen our team for one of our core foundation systems.

Posti is looking for a Lead Developer to join the event-management system agile development team. In the role you will take ownership of developing, architectural design, planning and guiding the technical implementation and providing support for other team members. You will make technical decisions, roadmap projects together with product owner and other stakeholders and actively participate in hands-on development. You are familiar with the key technologies we are using including PL SQL, Angular, Tuxedo, Oracle.

As an ideal candidate you have:

• Several years professional experience in the development of large-scale systems and mobile applications and services. - preferably from a position with full stack or architectural responsibilities
• Readiness to take ownership for the event solution
• Good collaboration skills and willingness to guide and support other team members
• BSc or MSc in Information technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Leading other developers and outsourced development team
• Finnish or English language skills

It is seen as an advantage if you have:

• Willingness and curiosity to expand your knowledge to new technologies
• Skills and experience in public cloud environments, AWS, Azure
• Previous experience from lead developer or architect positions
• Knowledge in integration solutions, Dell Boomi, Solace, Kafka is a plus
• Microservices and API development experience
• Knowledge in quality assurance and software release management
• Understanding and previous experience in Agile software development and DevOps practices and tools
• Testing / testing automation experience
