Leading Engineer/Power Systems Team Lead, EIC Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Leading Engineer/Power Systems Team Lead to join our Turbine and Generator Services. Your place of employment will be in Finland and could be decided later.

In your role as Leading Engineer/Team Lead you will be responsible for providing engineering support on turbine/generator electrification modernization and maintenance activities in Sweden, Finland and abroad. In your duties you will also support sales and tendering with engineering content and on-site activities with various tasks related to power systems services and problem solving. You will also lead design discipline’s conversations with suppliers and client technical representatives in projects. You are also responsible for technical support for power systems team members and taking care for resourcing power systems works together with Group Manager

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role you have a university degree or a Bachelor's degree with strong work experience (>5 years) in electrical power engineering at industrial enviroment also with higher voltage levels. S1 qualification and knowledge about genetor excitation and protection systems is highly appreciated. 

Your place of employment for the position can be decided later. Since both our customers and own staff are international, we expect that you speak and write Finnish and English fluently and have a readiness to travel. Swedish is considered as an advantage
