Leading and cooperating with our technical and production team, your job is to make sure that our production is efficient, and that we can offer our clients the most attractive and suitable solutions in the market. With our sales and after sales team, you will ensure our leading market position in Sweden, Norway and Finland. In addition, you will be responsible for the finance team and ensure a proper financial reporting. As the Managing Director, you are able to quickly interpret financial figures and make decisions regarding all daily operations of the Finnish entity.
Your focus is to further develop the success of the company and to use the strength of the international KAISER organization. We expect to build a good relationship with the HQ, and to share your ideas on Group level, while maintaining a clear focus in your Finnish company and the Scandinavian market area. Your working languages will be Swedish, Finnish and English.
Your track record in leading a manufacturing company as a Managing Director is very strong. As a person you are open for ideas, while able to keep your focus. You are inspiring as a leader but clear in your daily management. You work with conviction on both operational and strategic levels. You are analytical and solution oriented and you enjoy being close to the market and customer.
