We are looking for an

Operational Excellence Specialist

to join our global Renewables Platform Production’s Operational Excellence team in Espoo, Finland or Rotterdam refinery, Netherlands.

Looking to join our integrated team of experts working in Operational Excellence with the purpose of driving continual improvement for safety, reliability, productivity and commercial competitiveness throughout our organization and ways of working in Renewables Platform Production? This team supports, deploys and drives the Operational Excellence activities in the production environment to deliver benefits for the whole Renewable’s business of Neste

Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are

• Lead or support selected Operational Excellence and Digitalization projects
• Develop work processes across the Renewables Platform Production organization to improve transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of decision making, including data visualization (e.g. acting as Microsoft Power BI super user)
• Develop local daily management practices and visualization to support continual improvement and operational excellence
• Facilitate and support in Operational Excellence capability, culture and mindset development
• Support and drive the organization towards process driven leadership
• Prepare Operational Excellence project portfolio for decision making
• Develop and execute Operational Excellence related performance monitoring

You will work together with Renewables Platform Center of Excellence for sharing of best practices, capability building, resource management and other Operational Excellence topics. You will report to the Head of Operational Excellence & Digital.

• Experience of professional project management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent co-operation and change leadership skills
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken

We also value

• Proven experience and deep understanding of the tools and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or equivalent preferred)
• Experience in programming, data visualization, data analysis or robotic process automatization (RPA)
• Other language skills
