Valmet Automation is a leading supplier of automation solutions for customers in pulp and paper industries, power generation, marine automation and process industries.
We are now looking for a paper making professional who will be responsible for our paper machine cross-machine actuator solutions. In this Product Manager role, you will drive the business growth of specific products, ensuring the quality and competitiveness of our offering. You will work closely with customers as well as our sales, service, project engineering and R&D organizations to ensure that our products fulfill customers' expectations. You will support our global sales organization, acting as the primary contact point for different topics related to cross-machine actuator solutions.
Requirements
You have university degree in relevant technology area. You understand the paper industry customer needs and have at least 3 years of experience from the paper industry. Previous experience about cross-machine profiling solutions is considered as an asset.
To succeed in this position, you need to work systematically and be able to manage your own work to meet our business targets. You know your way in a global matrix organization and possess good co-operation skill. We expect you to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Ability and willingness to travel is required.
