Pricing Manager

Would you be our next Pricing Manager?

Your responsibility will be to manage customer pricing related mainly to Baltic markets. Based on your analysis and insights and calculations, you will form your tendering proposals while also developing our capabilities towards more pro-active price setting. You will work closely with key stakeholders in sales, business management and in financial analysis. You will have the ability to present your recommendations and ideas convincingly aiming to positively affect our sales, profitability, and business overall.

Your key responsibilities: 

• Preparation of customer specific pricing and offering proposal considering contractual terms and conditions as well as implementation of the pricing strategy
• Calculation of the respective profitability estimate
• Development and updates of pricing tools in use
• Improvement and maintenance of pricing processes
• Support for pricing model definitions for new and existing products and services
• Monitoring pricing performance together with business management team

Does this sound like you?

• You have working experience with pricing principles and profitability calculation models
• You have an analytical and conceptual mind-set with a strong business acumen
• You are an Excel expert with hands-on knowledge of relational databases and BI tools, preferably PowerBI – ability to utilize SQL and DAX is a plus
• You can analyze and interpret various data sets and draw conclusions there upon
• You interact and work with a solution-oriented approach in a multi-cultural environment
• You have a master’s degree in applicable sciences
• You have fluent communications skills in English
