We are one of the fastest growing expert organizations in the technical field and with the strong growth we are now looking for a Process Design Engineer for a permanent position in our team to create sustainable and safe solutions for our clients.

What kinds of work duties do we offer?

In Rejlers you will carry out diverse tasks in our feasibility phase, basic and detailed engineering, as well as in the execution phase projects. Our process design engineers work within e.g., oil and gas refining, chemical, forest, energy, food, and medical industries as well as with processes utilizing new solutions, such as green hydrogen, energy efficiency and sustainability. Rejlers is part of the Hydrogen cluster Finland, and our references include several projects related on renewable energy.

Among other project tasks, the work of a process design engineer includes e.g., dimensioning, and technical calculation of different process equipment and process entities, as well as creating process diagrams and descriptions.

What kind of people are we looking for?

Curiosity and open-minded attitude are essential for a process design engineer working with the varying projects and searching for the suitable technical solutions for our clients’ processes. As a design engineer you can work both independently and as a part of different project teams. Prior experience in the field and understanding of engineering projects’ workflow considering also other engineering fields will be beneficial in the work.

We expect you have:

• A suitable technical education (YAMK/ FM / DI / AMK)

• Prior experience of industrial production processes

• Customer service skills and willingness for teamwork

• English language skills – Finnish language skills are seen as an advantage

• Responsible, self-initiated and positive attitude

• Willingness to learn new things and develop yourself

We also appreciate:

• Competence in CAD programs, also e.g. Aspen simulation skills are valued

• Solution-oriented mindset, communication skills and ability to perceive various entities

• Prior experience in working in maintenance, or investment projects or with equipment manufacturers and subcontractors
