Product Manager Sales and Marketing

About the role

You as Sales & Marketing Product Manager are responsible for dedicated Fortum’s B2B Sales and Marketing applications and their lifecycle management. You will collaborate with Fortum businesses, several leading IT suppliers and have strong support from our large IT organisation.

You will be acting as Sales & Marketing solution development manager

  • You coordinate and prioritise development backlogs together with B2B business area representatives (e.g. main users or product owners from business)
  • You translate business requirements into technical concepts for IT vendors
  • You collaborate with Solution architect and Enterprise architect to ensure architecture compliance

 You manage lifecycle of your applications and act as compliance officer

  • Manage all Product manager tasks in Fortum ITSM process
  • Work together with Application Support team and other IT stakeholders to ensure ongoing services for business
  • Collaborate with business, privacy office and IT vendors to meet regulatory (e.g. GDPR) and security requirements

You will report to Service manager, B2B Customer applications. Location of this position can be either Espoo (Finland), Stockholm (Sweden) or Wroclaw (Poland).

What we are looking for

You are a professional with high energy and drive to exceed expectations. You are excited about getting hands on solving problems and adapting quickly with business priorities.

  • You have 3+ years experience of managing Sales and Marketing applications. Experience from Dynamics 365 platform is required
  • You are an IT professional who can consult and speak the language of business
  • You are comfortable with managing several initiatives in parallel with different stakeholders 
  • Experience from SAFe, Scrum, ITIL or other similar framework is considered as an advantage
  • Degree in e.g. computer science, engineering or business administration is highly valued
  • Fluency in English is a must, Finnish language skills are considered as an asset
