Purchasing Engineer

We are now looking for a Purchasing Engineer to a permanent position to join our team in Aggregates Supply Chain organization, Tampere, Finland.

As Purchasing Engineer your key responsibilities are:

Purchase order handling and monitoring
Invoice handling
Co-operation with suppliers and internal stakeholders (production, maintenance, sourcing, logistics)
Product change communication to suppliers
Inventory level management of own purchasing items
Purchasing parameter updates
Supplier On-Time delivery performance follow ups

To succeed:

You have either commercial or technical education. We are looking for a great team player with at least few years of purchasing experience. We expect you to have a self-driven and hands-on attitude. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. You are not afraid of routines. Your excellent co-operation and communication skills help you to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Your working style is efficient, and you can work under pressure. The position requires fluent English and Finnish and basic Excel skills are needed.
