Due to the positive response from our clients within the Personal Care & Home Care industries, we will now strengthen our team in Espoo, and are looking for a dynamic
SALES & PRODUCT MANAGER.
Your main duty is to build sustainable and productive long-term customer relationships with existing and new clients within the Finnish Cosmetics and Home Care industries, where you will focus on sales of technical ingredients. You will work in close cooperation with our Nordic Team, but also with our principals and partners.
In order to be successful in this role you need to be independent, self-motivated and have great decision-making skills. Your task is to ensure that our goals are achieved and to manage our customer contracts. You will actively oversee that our products meet the requirements and expectations of our clients and support them in their product development. You report directly to Business Unit Manager Life Science Nordic.
We expect you to have experience and knowledge from sales, preferably with a background in cosmetics and/or home care-industries. Understanding our customer's processes and production is vital in order to add value to their business development. Travelling to meet with clients in Finland and colleagues in Europe is required. Your English and Finnish language needs to be fluent.
We appreciate visions within our area of business and understanding of cosmetics and technical ingredients. A degree preferably related to Biotechnology and/or Chemical Engineering is a strong advantage. Above all, we are looking for a pro-active person with a curious mind-set, who is eager to learn and do business.
