Sales Invoicing Coordinator

We are looking for

Sales Invoicing Coordinator 

to join our Sales & Shipping Invoicing team in Espoo.  

We have a medium size team of experts working in the Sales & Shipping Invoicing team. Our high performing team is responsible for global invoicing of Neste SAP and invoicing for Shipping Logistics. We are also active in continuously developing our ways of working and we contribute to process automation.  

Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are

• Perform daily invoicing workflow, by monitoring system runs in SAP & carrying out related controls
• Run ad hoc invoicing activities, like manual invoicing, cancellations and reinvoicing
• Drive error investigations & invoicing related problem solving
• Execute month-end closing activities according to given timetable and guidelines
• Actively coordinate & communicate invoicing related matters with customers, service providers and internal counterparties 
• Participate in process development & improvement of team’s way of working

In this role, your daily duties are an interesting combination of SAP system activities and related co-operation to ensure the high quality invoicing and excellent daily operations in the Order-to-Cash process.

In this role you have an opportunity to develop your competencies and grow. Role is suitable for example for a newly graduated or for someone in the early stages of their career. You will report to the Sales & Shipping Invoicing Manager, based in Espoo.

• Can do attitude and willingness to learn
• Fluent basic ICT skills. 
• Experience in ERP/SAP or invoicing systems is seen as an asset.
• Attention to details with ability to understand relevant bigger picture
• Good problem solving skills
• Strong team player attitude and excellent collaboration skills
• Fluency in Finnish & English, both written and oral
• Good self leadership and prioritisation skills
• Flexibility to work past normal business hours (especially around monthly closing)
• Business degree like e.g. BSc or MSc 

We also value

• Experience in international commodity business and related operations
• Understanding of accounting basics
• Interest and/or knowledge in processes, tools and interfaces, “ IT savviness”

The recruitment process will include interviews and possible aptitude assessment. The first interviews are preliminarily scheduled to take place on week 35.
