As a Senior Customer Support Specialist at ABB Oy, IEC LV Motors, Vaasa, you will answer on customer requests from ABB's sales companies and this way provide customer service during production. The service will be provided mainly in English, Swedish, and Finnish. Requests consist of order changes, documentation issues and commercial questions.

Reporting to the Order Support Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the ABB's Sales companies by reacting to customer inquiries.

Your responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries efficiently with confidence and professionalism.
- Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue, eg, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, After-Sales
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas

Your background:
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a relative field (e.g. engineering or business administration
- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
- Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Fluent written and spoken skills in Finnish as well as good skills in English are required. Swedish and German can be seen as advantage
- Thorough and organized mindset
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Problem solving skills and capability of managing large entities. The ability to make decisions independently is essential
