Senior Legal Counsel  

supporting our Parcel and eCommerce business, digital services and ICT function?

Ecommerce based logistics is one of the fastest moving business areas at the moment, with lots of innovation and digitalization involved, and the Parcel & eCom Business Group is in the core of our growth strategy, supported by the digital and ICT. You will be working in a close cooperation with the business as part of our Legal, M&A and Privacy Team.

This is what we are looking for: 

• Experience of min 7 years as business lawyer either in a law firm or in an in-house position focusing on various contracts, including sales and/or procurement contracts, ICT licensing and services agreements and other related matters, as well as legal analysis and support of digital services and content related regulation.

• Knowledge and/or experience of logistics business and related legal questions, privacy and consumer regulation, antitrust issues, public procurement and/or M&A as well as IPR would be considered as a benefit.

• Mindset of finding solutions and closing deals based on your strong legal skills, in an efficient manner.

• Ability to work efficiently and organized manner in a fast-moving business and environment.

• Strong collaboration skills and cooperative working mode with business, added with an ability to work independently.

• Interest in continuous learning and development in a bigger role with larger responsibilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English, while Swedish knowledge would be considered as benefit.
