Senior Manager, eCommerce

We are looking for a Senior Manager to manage and further develop our eCommerce solution for Spare Parts business. You can be located in Järvenpää, Tampere or Jyväskylä (Finland).

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Managing all aspects of the eCommerce business including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, customer service and web analytics together with cross-functional partners

  • Developing and executing business and development plans as part of eCommerce strategy

  • Ensuring the quality and correctness of the solution content (installed base structures and product data)

  • Continuous content updates and new customer onboarding process

  • User experience of the eCommerce platform

  • Further development of E2E connectivity with own and customers' business systems

You actively work with Business Unit and Area Sales teams in key customer activities (e.g. solution promotion, agreements, technical presentations, negotiations). In this role you will report to Director, Spare Parts and are a member of Global Spare Parts Management team.

Who is the professional we are looking for?To succeed in this role, you have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology/engineering, information technology or other relevant field

  • At least 5 years' experience of B2B eCommerce and previous leadership of large eCommerce projects

  • Extensive knowledge of eCommerce technologies and related analytics

  • Knowledge on Product Data Management -systems and related installed base hierarchy structures

  • Expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices

  • Strong customer management and sales skills (e.g. sales presentations, negotiation skills)

  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions

  • Capable and willing to travel internationally 60-80 days annually

You are customer focused and development minded professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build and maintain good relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. You can prioritize your work, remain focused and excel under pressure. Because we work in a global matrix company you should have demonstrated success from a similar environment and be a strong communicator (written and verbal) in English. You are able to work proactively and independently, but you are fundamentally a team player. You develop relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, internally and externally, and in different cultures.
