The position we have open, is rare. We are flexible on where it can be based, either Teddington, West London in the UK, Espoo in Finland or Sønderborg in Denmark. We also have a hybrid working model where we are flexible based on business need the number of days you work from our office, your home office or client base. It’s a role where you’ll support your internal colleagues at Hansen, as well as externally managed service clients.
What is essential is that you are able to demonstrate these essential competencies to deliver excellent follow the sun system support.
A team player with core required responsibilities of:
- Cisco routing and switching (including configuring and troubleshooting, protocols such as BGP and OSPF)
- Minimum of entry level network certification such as Cisco CCNA
- Meraki Wireless and SDWAN
- Firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto's or Checkpoint
- Excellent client facing skills
Your application would certainly get extra attention from us if you could demonstrate experience with:
- AWS networking (VPC, VPN, Load Balancing, Direct Connect, Security Groups)
- Security concepts and processes, including IDS/IPS
- Load Balancer appliances
- Web Application Firewall
- MS Teams for business voice and video
As a profile you need to be able to navigate in a matrix organization that is global, manage competing priorities and be able to communicate on time and with the relevant attention to detail. Show us that you have a track record of performance delivering projects on time and within budget.
