As a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner you are a key player in identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent to Posti. While taking ownership of the recruitment process you ensure we create positive employer image. We know that what counts in this role is your ability to establish long term partnership with business, your ability to understand the talent needs and your ability to build talent pipeline. You are virtuoso in identifying talents, getting people interested and matching right talent to right job.

In addition to the day-to-day recruitment support, you will also take on a role as the subject matter expert in specific areas of Talent Acquisition as well as take part in projects related to our transformation and development so you can further grow your career in the TA/HR field.

This is a permanent and a full-time position.

You will succeed in this role when

  • you understand the best practices in recruitment as well as have fundamental sourcing skills, you have probably some 3+ years of experience within expert (office) recruitments
  • you quickly adapt to changes and you are able to operate in our fast-paced and development oriented environment
  • you enjoy teamwork but you are also able to make decisions independently
  • you have excellent networking skills and you fluently communicate at all levels of the organization both in Finnish and in English
  • you have a great “can do” -attitude
  • you are familiar with recruitment tools and methods, Workday experience is a plus
  • you have experience in personality assessments

Your Journey as a candidate

  • First meeting: You will meet the hiring manager Piia. The aim is for us to get to know who you are, what kind of work experience you have and what motivates you. This is also an opportunity for you to learn about Posti, the wider HR team and the specifics of the role.

  • 2nd round: You will meet members on our Talent Acquisition team so we can learn more about each other
  • Final round: You will meet Piia’s supervisor. This is your opportunity to find out more about our strategy and vision and to make sure that you are making the right choice.
