Service Engineer, Underground Drilling

This position is permanent and located at the Tampere plant, which is the global technology and manufacturing center for the drill rigs.

Your mission

You work as a specialist for our Underground drill rigs, and you provide a professional technical support and training for our Sales Areas and drill rig operators, both remotely and at site. You will leverage your technical expertise to develop our product support further. In addition, you are solving our customers’ and sales areas’ most demanding issues in your technical area. You also carry out commissioning and drilling optimization tasks in safe and healthy manner.

Your background and what we find important

To succeed in this position, you will need

• a suitable technical education or knowledge gained through relevant working experience
• relevant experience in mobile equipment
• facilitation and presentation skills
• willingness for frequent international travel
• expert level of knowledge in electrics and automation is a clear benefit
• working experience with drill rigs is an advantage
• fluent communication skills in English, other languages are considered as a benefit
