Your role

We are looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) professional to establish cross-business Master Data standards and implement them gradually through development projects for business processes and IT systems. Responsibilities cover full spectrum of Master Data Management from standards creation to data governance, and to Service Management of our MDM tool Semarchy xDM. You will work with various business and IT stakeholders to construct processes for ensuring data validity and consistency across processes and IT systems. Participation in multiple data domains and global leader of the Customer & Sales Master Data domain.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate strategic decisions regarding Master Data policies, standards and procedures.
• Design Master Data objects as per business needs.
• Implement and manage MDM processes that are required for consistent Master Data creation and usage across processes and systems.
• Manage Semarchy xDM MDM tool requirements and act as the MDM tool Service Manager.
• Participate in the implementation of central Master Data storages and MDM processes supporting functionality in the MDM tool.
• Execute maintenance and governance processes for Master Data elements to ensure accurate data creation, transformation and maintenance.
• Identify Master Data issues, prepare mitigation plans and follow-up for resolution.
• Lead and act as the focal point for the Customer & Sales Master Data domain.

In that journey you are supported to use and develop further your own professional skills in a modern working environment.

Your qualifications

Requirements:

• Well-organized and structured working style, strong analytic skill set, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability of getting things done in a complex environment.
• Technical background to be able to lead Master Data modeling, workflows, integration needs, data quality dashboards and KPI's, etc.
• Ability to efficiently manage various stakeholders, assess business needs and apply energy industry knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in relevant field of study.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MDM / Data Governance / Data Management.

Not required, but considered as your benefit:

• Semarchy xDM experience is a huge plus
• Energy industry experience
