 We are looking for a

Talent Acquisition Partner

to join our newTalent Acquisition team in Neste HQ, Espoo.

We are building a new hub to support managers in recruitment and talent acquisition on the way towards our ambitious growth targets. To succeed in this, we will strengthen the team with an experienced and skilled colleague. Initially, the hub will support Neste Engineering Solutions, Innovation and Functions located in Espoo and Porvoo.

You will partner with hiring managers to consult, advise and support them during the recruitment process. This way, you will have an active role in supporting Neste’s strategy. This is a great opportunity to join a highly professional global HR team and be part of creating something new.

Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future also include

  • Ensuring a smooth and productive recruitment process
  • Engaging and communicating with our external partners in recruitment, search and aptitude assessments
  • Bringing your solid expertise to the development of Neste’s recruitment processes and tools
  • Utilising sourcing tools and methods to attract the right candidates
  • Training managers and new colleagues in recruitment related skills

You will work closely with your colleagues in the recruitment hub and cooperate with the also new employment hub. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition based in Espoo.

The best combination to success in this role

  • University degree in a relevant field. This can be chemistry, tehcnical or other relevant business or HR related field
  • Experience of working in an organization with multiple business functions, preferably in an multinational environment in a role within business or HR
  • Strong experience (at least 4-5 years) of recruiting for various roles and on various levels
  • Working proficiency in Finnish and English
  • Experience of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) as well as strong experience of identifying talent through ATS, Linkedin Recruiter and other sourcing channels

Experience of working within the chemical industry is appreciated. We also value knowledge of recruitment channels (SoMe, posting channels, target groups). As a person, you are business-minded, self-driven and resourceful. Ability to build strong and positive working relationships both internally and externally will be needed.

The recruitment process will include interviews and aptitude assessment. The person selected for the position must pass a health examination including a drug test. A security clearance is obtained with their consent.
