Tech Support Team lead - ePassi

Epassi Payments Ltd has established a strong base as the go-to multi-wallet mobile payment solution for more than 1,5 million customers across Nordics. To keep our great team growing and succeeding, we are now looking for a Tech Support Lead.
You will be responsible for developing a high performing Tech Support team and development and support of Epassi product platform. We value strong leadership capabilities and basic coding skills. Our office is in Espoo, it is possible to work remotely. You may be required to drop by a couple of times a month.
- leading and providing support to the 2nd / 3rd line Tech Support Team
- assisting the team members with day-to-day operational details including technical mentoring and expertise
- providing feedback and guidance to team members conducting regular one on one to support team members in their career development and personal growth
- ownership and improvement of the Tech Support processes along with team members
- supporting the team with prioritization of the work and coordination till successful problem resolution
- hands-on involvement in bug fixing and other operations and making small modifications to the code
- working closely with other teams to drive down the number of issues
You would be a great fit if you have:
- at least 3 years of experience as Tech Support Specialist / Developer or Tech Support Lead
- basic coding skills - ideally you can make simple modifications to the code yourself
- team leading experience/skills
- understanding in customer service, issue resolution, tech support and development best practices
- experience in data analysis and dashboards to create KPI reporting's
- understanding of the system architecture
- problem solving and analytic thinking
- working proficiency in English, Finnish language is a plus
