Technical Customer Advisor

Are you a problem solver who is eager to further develop your skills and knowledge in the field of IT? We are now looking for customer service oriented Technical Customer Advisor for our global IT client in Helsinki. To succeed in this role, you need to be fluent in English and German. 

What is it all about?

Your responsibility is to provide 1st level technical support to end users through phone and email. Customer contacts are mainly related to Windows and O365 workstation environment and potential problem solving situations can range from forgotten passwords to different systems being used by end users. This role is mainly about providing quality customer service and providing remote IT support for hardware and software fault diagnostics, incident resolution, troubleshooting and configuration.

The office is located in Pitäjänmäki. 

What do we expect?

We would really appreciate if you already have some experience from IT support/helpdesk/service desk type of positions (summer jobs and internships are also valued) or some experience from customer service. Good understand of PC software/hardware (+peripheral devices), Microsoft products and Windows operating system is seen as an advantage. Additionally, previous experience from e.g. TeamViewer and Active Directory are also highly valued.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have good social skills and service-minded attitude. We also appreciate adaptive and proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work in sometimes hectic environment. Moreover, you will need to have fluency in English and German.
