Technical Service Coordinator

Metsä Board Sales and Marketing is looking for a


to handle primarily product quality feedbacks from our customers in EMEA market area. You will be part of Technical Service team and will report to Technical Service Director. The position is located at Customer Feedback Centre in Äänekoski, Finland. The position will be filled as of 1st September 2021 or as agreed.

Your role in the future Metsä

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Product quality feedback handling of dedicated customers from EMEA market area
  • Close co-operation within your own team, technical customer service of the mills and Technical Service colleagues in EMEA market area

What are we looking for?

We expect you to have knowledge in papermaking process and to have Bachelor or equivalent level education within paper making technology.  Knowledge of printing and paperboard converting methods as well as paperboard business, customer requirements and Metsä Board paperboard offering is an advantage. We expect you to be a good team player and to have good communication, customer service and networking skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in English is required, other languages are seen as an asset.  You have good MS Office skills and experience on SAP or similar ERP system and reporting tools.
