We are now looking for a Communications Manager, to join of our global communications team.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Supporting the communications planning and execution in Finland
- Managing our Annual Review reporting process and support in other financial communications activities
- Coordinating our issues management and crisis communications process and training globally
- Creating engaging employee communications campaigns and other
activities working closely together with the Head of Global Employee Communications
- Managing Kemira social media channels and all media monitoring
To be successful in this role, you will have solid experience in planning, developing and managing communications in a global organization. You have professional language skills in both Finnish and English and you’re an excellent project manager even under pressure. With preferably a university degree in communications, marketing or other relevant field, you adapt between working independently and as part of a team. You are a people-person who enjoys collaborating across the Kemira global team and are equally comfortable in front of a screen or an audience. You have a good understanding of digital communications and social media, and are a pro in creating engaging content and campaigns and measuring the impact of communications.
