Process Development Manager/Expert

We are looking for a

Process Development Manager/Expert

to join our Operational Excellence of Global Logistics & Operations team in Neste in Espoo or Hoofddorp.

Our Operational Excellence team is composed of process and project management experts with the purpose of driving process development, quality, compliance and productivity, continual improvement and process automation across Logistics & Operations organisations globally. We are also responsible for process related capability development, portfolio and project management.

Your part in Neste journey

In this role, you will work as a L3 level process owner and own Global Aviation/SAF processes related to Order to Cash, Supply to Pay and Manage Logistics. You drive and ensure that global perspective is taken into account, but local variations and needs are respected  when developing and implementing global processes to the new areas/entities of Aviation. You drive process development including continual improvement based on performance metrics.

Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are

• Drive and manage Aviation/SAF related processes globally according to Neste standards like transparent performance information, process controls, global development by setting targets and priorities and supporting daily management.
• Ensure compliance and adherence with process: Documentation, instructions, workflows etc. 
• Identify risk and opportunities within the process and oversee incident and issue management to secure continual improvement.
• You drive process development including continual improvement based on performance metrics.

You will work closely with the Global L2 process owners, Operational Excellence Automation & Development team, other Logistics & Operations teams globally, Renewable Aviation, SCM, Renewable Platform development, Business Process Leadership team, as well as other internal stakeholders.

The best combination to success in this role

• Experience and knowledge about common process development principals
• Overall understanding of the End-to-End Operations flow or/and Supply to Pay, Order to Cash, Manage Logistics processes and/or Aviation business is an advantage
• Fluent ICT skills and experience in integrated ERP systems
• Experience in change management and influencing in multi-stakeholder organisations
• Ability to work under pressure, capability to manage own workload, prioritise work activities and work independently
• Team player attitude and willingness to grow with the position
• Willingness to learn new skills and competencies on a continuous basis
• B.Sc or M.Sc in technology, engineering, economics or a related discipline
• Excellent written and spoken English

We also value

• Experience in working with Agile development methods, or Lean Six Sigma tools & methodologies is considered as an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully developing  and implementing business and/or business process projects in a complex business environment.
