HR Generalist, Automation Systems BL

Are you the dynamic and self-driven HR Generalist we are now looking for? Do you want to join our Valmet HR Team full of professionals?

Interesting position in Automation Systems Business Line team for a dynamic HR generalist is now open! You will provide local support to managers and employees and will be first point-of-contact for them in HR related questions. This is no back-office job so you enjoy serving customers and working with people. You advise and coach line managers in diverse HR topics to support achievement of business goals and strategy.

You actively contribute to the development of culture and leadership of Automation Systems Business Line. Business relies on your expertise in employment lifecycle from hiring to exit and you find your way in questions related to labor legislation and collective agreements. You work closely and utilize the expertise of HR network to provide best possible support for the business. You follow that everything in our organization is in order by reporting for example sickness and absence days and support our managers with different HR systems. Recruiting will also be one important part of your daily work and in this position, you will support our managers with end-to-end recruitment processes.

Will this be the right step for you?

We need people who can see new ways of doing things and make these changes happen. Hands-on attitude is needed, and you need to be able to organize and prioritize your own work. You have the needed basics in place: a university degree in personnel administration or equivalent and preferably at least three years of work experience within Human Resources. You operate in global environment, so you are strong communicator (written and verbal) not only in Finnish but also in English. Ability to use different HR systems, social media and recruitment channels are strong advantage because they play an important part of our life. You should also enjoy occasional travelling in Finland. Your primary location will be our Valmet location in Tampere.
