The Global Content Services organization is responsible for the global processes and tools for technical product content management and delivery. We are now looking for a Solution Owner, Content Creation to take a central role in developing Konecranes’ solutions for content management.

Solution Owner, Content Creation will be working as part of our agile, cross-functional development team in close co-operation with various business stakeholders, content creation teams, digital platform development and IT.

As Solution Owner, Content Creation, you are responsible for developing, managing, and implementing our content management system and other content creation tools that our technical documentation teams use. Your daily work includes gathering business requirements, concepting solutions based on those and communicating requirements to developers. You will also have a central role in managing implementation projects, stakeholder communications and coordinating the development team´s weekly agile events.

Your key responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the content management system and other content creation tools
• Managing the global framework and ways of working for content management together with information architects and global process owner
• Collecting and analysing development requirements from business stakeholders and turning them into development items
• Participate in the development of the global content management processes
• Managing and coordinating implementation projects
• Coordinating weekly agile events
• Testing the developed solutions
• Support and training

What we expect from you:

• Suitable education: bachelor´s or master's degree in relevant field (e.g. IT, technical communications)
• In-depth knowledge of DITA information architecture and component content management systems
• Previous experience with PDM/PLM systems is also helpful in this role
• Experience in software development with the following technologies is seen as an asset: XML, HTML and Java.
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Advanced communication and collaboration skills in English
• Excellent team working skills and a systematic way of thinking
• Knowledge of agile methodology and practices
• Strong development orientation and a service mind set
